What happens after you submit
- Within one business day: a senior collector reviews the claim and calls you with an honest assessment—including "write it off" if that's the truth.
- You approve the terms: 25% contingency under 12 months past due, 33% over, 40% on second placements, negotiable on volume. In writing, no surprises.
- We go to work: investigation first, then strategic contact. Average resolution: 23.6 days.
- You get paid: recovered funds are held in a segregated trust account and remitted to you after they clear, net of our fee, with an itemized statement every time.
Helpful to have ready: invoices or contract, a contact at the debtor, and a short history of the dispute. Don't have everything? Send what you have—we'll do the rest. After you submit, we'll send a secure link to upload invoices and contracts—nothing sensitive travels by ordinary email. Not ready to name the debtor on the form? Leave it blank—we'll sign an NDA before you share details.
